His film credits include co-writing “Star Trek,” “Star Trek Into Darkness,” “The Amazing Spider-Man 2,” “Transformers,” and “Mission: Impossible III,” as well as directing “The Mummy” and “People Like Us.” He has also executive produced films including “The Proposal” and the “Now You See Me” franchise. Collectively, his writing, directing, and producing credits have grossed more than $4 billion worldwide.

Having worked alongside Alex Kurtzman since 2012, Baiers has been instrumental in shaping the company’s creative strategy, production infrastructure, and expanding slate of television projects.
As an executive producer, Baiers has played a central role in the development, production, and growth of the Star Trek Universe, helping guide one of the most ambitious franchise expansions in television. Beyond Star Trek, he has overseen projects including Showtime’s The Man Who Fell to Earth, starring Chiwetel Ejiofor, as well as CBS’ series Clarice, Salvation, and Instinct.
Prior to Secret Hideout, Baiers worked with Kurtzman at K/O Paper Products, where he contributed to the development and production of series including CBS’ Scorpion, Fox’s Sleepy Hollow, and the critically acclaimed Limitless for CBS. Previously, he worked in drama development at 20th Century Fox Television.

An Emmy-winning and Tony-winning producer, Earnest works across Secret Hideout’s film and live event slate, studio relationships, financing strategy and broader business operations, helping guide projects from development through production, distribution and commercialization.
Prior to Secret Hideout, Earnest served as Chief Operating Officer of Jeffrey Soros’ family office and Los Angeles Media Fund, where he helped oversee a broad portfolio of film, television, documentary, immersive and live event projects. During his tenure, he was involved in financing and producing a slate of projects including seven films that premiered at the Sundance Film Festival, an Emmy-winning docuseries, an Oscar-shortlisted documentary and several Tony Award-winning Broadway productions.

Beyond Star Trek, Johnson has been a key member of the producing teams behind Clarice, The Man Who Fell to Earth, and The Comey Rule. As Secret Hideout continues to expand its portfolio, Johnson remains actively involved in shaping and advancing the company’s development slate for the future.
